My name is Brandon, and this is a Veteran owned business.

I served 4 years as an Aircraft Mechanic and Aeronautical Welder in the Navy.

I have had one hell of a time battling mental health since getting out. I let myself go, I never exercised. 

November 2023, I finally took a stand against mental health by fighting it with working out!

I have 2 wonderful kids and an amazing, loving wife!
